Hoopla Bonus Borrows is a program that runs during the last 7 days of each month. The program offers titles to patrons to “borrow” without using one of their allotted “borrows” on their account. Therefore if someone is out of “borrows” for the month, they can still “borrow” content with the Bonus Borrows Program.
